Word Adjudication Utility

iJudge is a tournament-class word adjudication utility. Use iJudge to check words or resolve challenges and disputes while playing word games like Scrabble, Boggle, Anagrams, Jumble, Word Search, and crosswords.

With iJudge, you can check one or more words at the same time. Enter the word(s), then touch the Check button to see if they are valid.
iJudge displays words in a large, easy-to-read font, in high-contrast white on black.

If all words are acceptable, the play is valid. The screen will glow GREEN (or the color you choose), and display an optional valid result label.

If one or more words are unacceptable, the entire play is unacceptable. The screen will glow RED (or the color you choose), and display an option invalid result label.

If more than one word is entered, the result represents the entire play: Individual words are not marked Acceptable or Unacceptable.

Unlike other word check apps, iJudge has features that are useful for tournament-style play.

In Tourney Mode, you can prompt the user for the number of words to be entered.

If the number of words entered does not match the Word Count, the play will not be adjudicated.

You can also password-protect the settings in Tourney Mode to prevent any of the settings from being changed without the password.

TOURNEY FEATURES:

- Check several words at once.

- Unambiguous results indicate entire play is valid or not, rather than which individual words are unacceptable.
- Automatically clear results and entries after checking word(s).
- Automatically clear entries when the app is idle.

- Choose from 4 lexicons: TWL06, TWL98, OSPD3, and OSPD4.
- Choose labels for valid and invalid results, or turn off labels.
- Choose colors for valid and invalid results.
